Refund Policy

We want you to have confidence when you purchase from us. This Refund Policy explains when you can receive a refund or reschedule, and how to submit a request. This Policy applies to purchases made directly on our Site.

Digital products (guides, checklists, templates)

  • Before access/download: 14‑day refund window from purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the digital item.
  • After access/download: once you access or download, the purchase becomes non‑refundable.
  • Misdescription or technical issues: if a file is corrupted or materially misdescribed, contact us within 14 days; we will repair, replace, or refund.

Consultations and advisory calls

  • Cancel ≥24 hours before: full refund or one‑time free reschedule.
  • Cancel 6–24 hours before: 50% refund or one‑time reschedule.
  • Cancel <6 hours / no‑show: not refundable. We will try to accommodate emergencies—email us as soon as possible.

Bundles and promotions

Refunds for bundles will be prorated based on undiscounted item prices and usage/access status. Promotional or bonus items tied to a refunded purchase may be deactivated.

How to request a refund

  • Email hello@move2malaysia.co with subject “Refund Request”.
  • Include your name, order number, purchase email, and reason for the request.
  • For consultations, include your scheduled date/time and any relevant context.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.

Non‑refundable items

  • Customized research or services already delivered.
  • Digital products after access/download.
  • Gift cards or equivalent credits.

Chargebacks

If you believe there has been an error, please contact us first. We can usually resolve issues faster than a card dispute.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
